Project: Two-minute animated video aimed at growing Microsoft for Startups membership sign ups.
My role: As a freelance writer for RUN Studios, I was responsible for background research, narration scripting, providing a loose suggested outline for accompanying visuals, and lending my mellifluous voice to the scratch track.
Materials: The client provided key talking points and a pitch deck.
Process: I reviewed the client materials and conducted internet research into the Microsoft for Startups program to gain background knowledge for scripting. Once I landed on an initial script outline, I worked with a RUN producer to finalize the outline. From there, I scripted a first draft and worked with the producer to integrate client notes into a final draft.
